KAIZEN:
Kaizen is a Japanese word. I always thought it meant “determination, perseverance, integrity”. The REAL definition:IMPROVEMENT IN ALL ASPECTS OF LIFE; IMPROVED STANDARDIZED ACTIVITES AND PROCESSES; LEAN MANUFACTURING (the reason Toyota is successful)
Kaizen humanizes work and gets rid of what is called MURI, or tedious and wasteful efforts.
It is systematic and non-judgemental.
